Mallina Foundation was approached by volunteers from Sri Aurobindo Vidyalaya, Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, to help fund school fee for children. These children come from poor familes and are mostly from minority categories. The parents struggle to mae ends meet and usually put their children to work so they can supplement family income. Children are being victims and they grow up to be rag pickers and often lead to petty crimes.
The following children were sponsored by Mallina Foundation and Madan Gummineni, a good samaritan supporting Sri Aurobindo Vidyalaya for the academic year 2016-2017.

We were able to raise a total of $975 dollars towards this initiative and the fee has been sent to the school directly.
To identify, collaborate and sponsor education for underprivileged kids; help backward villages achieve smart village status; identify and help restore temples of historic significance; conduct fund raising campaigns, and distribute funds for such charitable purposes in the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, India.
